The person you most want to find your website is the person who is
searching for you!

Why Use Search Engine Optimization(SEO)?

In 2007 Internet data firm comScore found that 60 percent of consumers
use the Web as the web to search local visitors.

If that doent convince you then perhaps this will:

In 62% of cases, people click on something they found on the first page of a search engine. People a getting fussier and who can blame them with all the junk on the net? four years before it was 48% and only 10% go beyond the third page (iProspect 2006 survey).

Do you help your opposition?

Imagine a customer looking for your business detaiis. Perhaps the ywant your address or phone number. If your add is on page 3 and the opposition is on page 1 it doesnt take gwenius to know the chances are your losing business.
If the yfind your page do they find the information they are searching for or a meaningless sub page? Or worse do they get to your site but are flashed with an ugly 404 error page?

Do SEO wrong and it woiill take hours and get you know where. Do it right and you provide your customer thesigns in the internet department store to the right place to meet their needs - you!
You message will be accurate, clear and simple and in front of the right people.

Good SEO helps searchers get where they want to go.

Traffic traffic traffic.

Everyone's screaming out:

HOW DO I GET MORE TRAFFIC?

Sound familiar? Then get ready for this...

http://RapidFireBlogTraffic.com

Sound familiar?

Here's the thing: driving traffic to your website is a
necessary daily operation.

It's something you have to do every day if you want to grow
your business.

It doesn't take a hit across the head for marketers to
understand that targeted traffic is the oxygen for their
business.

The problem is that "traditional" methods of promoting your
websites such as e-zine ads or pay-per-click ads can become
extremely expensive.

Most people who enter business online are usually on a
tight budget. Agree? Maybe your tight budget doesn't allow
room for expensive advertising right now?

I have a friend who recently generated over $1million in
online sales in one single year.

Considering his online results, it's fair to say that he
knows a few secrets to getting highly targeted traffic and
then converting it into sales.

Don't kid yourself. You will be dead meat if you can't
generate sufficient levels of traffic in the current
economy.

You absolutely must be able to find more customers!

My good friend and fellow online marketer Frank Bauer has
joined forces with fellow online marketer and info publisher
Sal Vannutini to create a brand new blog and social marketing
traffic generation training program.

The program reveals a step-by-step system that anyone can
follow to build fully optimized, traffic generating blogs
within minutes.

And the best part is, the program is affordable to everyone.

Frank and Sal are also making thier "30 Mnute Blog" videos
valued at $97available for the first 500 Charter Members...
absolutely free!

Either way, it's a win situation for you.

Are you sick of hearing about "hyped up" promises about how
you can become a millionaire overnight?

That's where you'll love this program because there's no
hype or outrageous promises... just solid, proven information
on how to build an ongoing large and lucrative income online.

This training program makes traffic generation easy.

Check it out... I know you'll find it valuable.

OK, so here are 5 ways to keep google happy in the SEO game.

1.
Links! Google likes links! Especially links to websites that link back to you. Yep, Google likes reciprocal links. When your URL is found on another site Google assumes your popular and so Googlbot will check it more often. This will guarantee Google will have your data cached and up to date. It may not up your ranking, but you will be checked more often.

2. Fresh content is absolutely essential and make absolutely certain that the site looks fresh. Update at least once a month to keep Google happy. If you want visitors though update more? Updating too often isn’t too popular with Google either.

3. Keywords, keywords, keywords! Make sure you have carefully defined meta tags in your html as well as titles for your pages. Make sure your page titles include your main keywords and also give them a good meaningful keyword rich description. Say your website promotes psychic reseach“Research proving you can read my mind” rather than seeing “mind reading, research” etc. You want your title to tell the world what your page is about in the very few. A poor title means lost traffic.

4. Always add a footer to all your sub pages linking back to your main home page. It’s also good to have the link text read your site name too instead of “Home”. Search engines often exploit footers so use it to your advantage.

5. Tty to start paragraphs of text containing your primary keywords, especially on your homepage. This makes your website Google friendly increasing your chances of increased traffic. But be careful because spamming your own page with your primary keywords may result in your being penalized by Google.

If your like me you’re probably struggling to get your affliate links at least seen on Google. Then you want a good ranking. Theres been tons of schemes and many have sunk when google altered its algorithm. Template Monster is an example of a company affected.
The problem is that Google does not like seeing multiple websites promoting the same thing, and well if you consider that many Affiliates go through the same programs, such as clickbank, it’s no wonder it can be very easy for google to cut out duplicate content by ignoring and any website from the Search Engine Result Positions (SERP's) that had the same address pattern.
Now of course there are exceptions.

What is needed is unique content and NO trace of that affiliate link. Somehow, Google worked out how to decipher the javascript of some sites and ignore the affiliate links. Presntly I am trying redirect links that are robots.txt forbidden.
Do I have the answer?
To be truthful, its a work in progress. I’ll keep you posted.
However you could try an affiliate link that cant be stripped

Unstrippableaffiliate links

So you need make your products stand out? Well how the … can I do that?
You need to be different
“Er der … yeah right I know that!”
Great.
You see the market is skeptical.
Were bombarded by thousands of messages, bright and glary pictures and the adds get louder and brighter each competing for your attention while the subtlety of life is obliterated.
You need to be clearly and compellingly different. To do that you must be willing to turn away even upset the business traditionalists.
Problem number 2; The more different you are the more people notice any inconsistencies in your values. In other words, every time someone reads your website, enters your stotre, speaks to you on the phone or talks to your staff will measure your congruence.
Simply, your promises and the experience of everyone who touches your life or your business must match. In fact, they mist first of all appear to match.
A sales man who advertises himself as a master of his trade would hopefully not turn up in a dirty unkempt mini minor. He may have a Jaguar, but if he loks poor you will judge him a financial failure.
So how do I present my values in a clear differentiated way?
Well, here a great example – and if you thought a dentist could never present a val;ue driven message think again. Check out the Transcendentist, Dr. Fred Pockrass:.
Imagine a Berkeley dentist's office that embodies the kind of innovative thinking synonymous with Berkeley. Imagine a dental environment reminiscent of a yoga studio or your best friend's living room -- a wellness spa designed for your comfort. Imagine experiencing eco-dentistry™, the pioneering approach that values the planet and your well-being. Imagine receiving a healing foot massage and listening to meditative music while your teeth are lovingly cleaned. Imagine seeing your smile miraculously transformed with leading edge techniques, natural-looking materials, and artist-quality restorations. This is not a dream: we are transcendentist® and Dr. Fred Pockrass.
Notice he is selling values!
Did you read anything about features and benefits?
Nope. That’s what everyone else does. Marketing to values is a hundred fold more valuable than fancy copy or sales pitches.

A common question asked is

"Do I really need to have my own domain name to
get my distributor or affiliate link listed in the
Search Engines?"

The answe YES! Absolutely, definitely and no buts about it!

Why?
Ok heres a few reasons;
1. many search engines are 'truncating' distributor & affiliate
links (reducing them to the basic link, which is
often the company website minus the your distributor
or affiliate code), or even worse...
search engines are banning affiliate links,
and blacklisting subdomains of the parent company
that contain certain obvious characters that
are not obviously part of the base site.

2 qiet often visitors to your site to just 'cut off' or remove the affiliate code from the end of your link and just go directly to the parent company and 'bypass' your rightful commissions.

The parent company doesnt care one bit! they till gets the same number of
sales, but your commissions go untracked.

So how do you fix that?
An affiliate link that sticks

So you want to sell. Great. In other words, you want people to se your ad ans click the pay now butto. So what do you need?Customers who want your product, and customers who are going to act on their desire to buy.
Thants where keywords come in. you need to match your custiomers search query to your product and to do that you need action words.

So combine your product name with words that imply action. People who are typing in key words are looking for something, their in an action mode, so match their psyche.
Obviously you want people to know your products name. That in itself suggests you need a product name that will stand out.

Let’s look at a few very basic combinations:
Lets use the Google Ads For Free as an example:
1. "Google Ads for Free"
2. "Buy Google Ads for Free"
3. "Purchase Google Ads for Free"
4. "Google Ads for Free Review"
5. "Google Ads for Free Bonus"

As you can see, I have simply connected the Product name, Google Ads for Free, to action words (buy, purchase, review, bonus).

Why?

By targting your customer with action oriented key words you can
1. Cost effectively manage your advertising expenses
2. Improve your Google Ranking
3. Increase your conversion rate
