The 2012 Nobel Prize was awarded for the study of epigenetics and it gets to the truth of what you and I can’t do or can do to change our health and performance in the bedroom.

Here is a quote:

“Why do some identical twins look so different from each other? Could your eating habits during puberty have an impact on the genetic makeup of your grandkids?”

and:

“Epigenetics, which means, literally, “above genes,” describes how genes are turned on and off by certain molecules that attach to them—called epigenetic marks. The marks essentially act like on/off switches for genes. The cells that make up your brain and your muscles all have the same DNA at their center, and yet the reason the cells lead entirely different lives involves how epigenetic marks turn on or off particular genes, giving the cells their own unique identities.”

The author of these quotes is David Epstein, a pioneer in epigenetics and this chapter was deleted from his book---because it is true, but too radical for folks to absorb.

But don’t let that stop you from the greatest change in your thinking you can ever make.

Because Nowthe exciting part of epigenetics is that you can turn on or off genes and as a result, change your health, your intelligence, your attractiveness...and much more...

Researchers showed that working out can PERMANENTLY change your genetics through the mechanism of epigenetics -- to create a better metabolism that is lower in cancer, heart problems and health issues in general.

Working out can change your body permanently and completely.

So can eating differently.

So can having sex differently.

So with that let me explain the basic mechanism so you will never think about genes in the same way -- and open up an exciting new world where you can change your body and your health even if Grandpa had a heart attack at 40, or whatever.

There are two types of genes.

One type is “have it or don’t” -- if you have a certain gene you are going to have brown hair. Or you may be highly susceptible to a certain disease.

But those “have it or don’t” genes are rare.

At least 99.99% of genes are “turn off or turn on” genes.

These genes can turn on, in which case the genetic quality that gene represents asserts itself on the body.

If you turn off these genes (almost all of them), then the genetic quality this gene represents is turned OFF.

You can’t turn off the brown hair gene...because it’s a “have it or don’t” gene.

But you CAN turn off genes for belly flab, or genes for low performance.

What you do is, change your eating habits step by step...and your workout habits...and your sex habits.

“When you give your affirmations fuel and energy and power, they too will attract back to you all the prosperity and riches you desire” says WildlyWealthy.com’s Sandra Forster.

But how, when underneath your inner self is screaming you’re a liar. You don’t believe this stuff.

Rehearsing affirmations into a mirror can help detect if we don’t really believe the words we chant.

How do you believe, I mean really BELIEVE “I am now a debt free millionaire “ when your a $100,000 in debt?

Try this suggestion from Sandy Forster.

Work your affirmations up in stages. After a few days, when your are comfortable with the first, go to the second, then the third....

1.       “”I am now read to accept that I am now in the process of becoming a debt free millionaire.”

2.       “I am now in the process of becoming a debt free millionaire.”

3.       “ am now becoming a debt free millionaire”

4.       “I am now a debt free millionaire.”

A month after beginning using this method consistently around the clock, morning, noon and night, Sandy Forster made $46,000 profit (more than she had in the previous thee years).

So remember:

1.       Write you affirmation down

2.       Use detail words as if they are already achieved

3.       Begin “I  now” or “I am” and In the present tense

4.       Tate only what you want (never what you don’t want)

5.       Make them personal. Say the word “I” with a sense of responsibility.

6.       Place them where you will see them often

7.       Say them out loud as often as you can.

8.       Say them with power and passion

9.       Add the power of visualization

10.   Repeat them over and over again.
